The Naseem International School Cultural Theatre was officially inaugurated on the 4th of May 2019 under the patronage of HE Mr. Samir Abdullah Nass, President of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This auspicious occasion was attended by an array of important guests from a wide spectrum of the Kingdom of Bahrain business, education, arts and cultural world, promoting our maxim of being ‘PROUDLY BAHRAIN’ and highlighting our school logo of ‘STUDENTS FIRST’, to model the NIS Mission and Vision of ‘Inspiring lifelong learners and global citizens’.

The NIS Cultural Theatre is purpose-built:

• To afford students the opportunity to develop and enhance their 21st century artistic and creative skills
• To high international standards, design specifications and aesthetics
• To showcase student performances which are of exceptionally high caliber and celebrate their creative development and progression through drama and visual arts
• For students to take ownership of their own creative instincts through:
• The design and creation of artistic props and set designs for productions
• Backstage management
• Sound and lights controlling and supervision
• Costume management
